My name is jasmine from India. M using Cablenet sim card from last year . I am not alone I have also group of girls mostly girls are using Cablenet.Now everybody facing problem with low speed of internet its really bad so please improve your internet speed otherwise soon everyone will throw the Cablenet sim card of cablenet . We gonna buy epic sim as well 🙏🏻

I am extremely disappointed with Cablenet’s service and customer support.
On both occasions I contacted them, even after selecting English as my preferred language, I was initially spoken to in Greek. I had to repeatedly ask multiple times whether they speak English before they finally switched. This happened more than once and felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
On the first incident, I was without internet for almost an entire day. I informed support that I work from home and urgently needed a stable connection, but no technician contacted me during that day. Only the next day, when the issue had already resolved itself and I no longer needed assistance, I received a call from a technician.
On the second incident, I lost internet connection while working and during a client meeting. Once again, I contacted support and was transferred to technical assistance. However, the technician did not perform any real troubleshooting or investigation. During the call, my internet happened to return, and the only response I received was a simple “everything looks fine.”
There was no proper analysis, no questions about the cause of the issue, and no effort to ensure stability or prevent it from happening again.
I pay for this service every month and expect a professional and reliable internet connection, especially as I depend on it for my work. Unfortunately, the level of support and reliability provided has directly affected my ability to work.

Took some time but got what was promised! Thank you Cablenet!

If someone wishes to deal with a company that does not give a damn about its customers Cablenet is the company for you! In all my 75 years I have never come across such incompetence, inefficiency and such apathy towards customers and will personally give Cablenet a Nobel prize if there was one for completely and utterly ignoring customers!!

Very satisfied with the overall service and reliability. Good prices, customer support is responsive & the experience has been smooth throughout.

Excellent ISP in Cyprus. Offers are available to existing customers too. A company that respects its existing customers and not only about new.

Är kund, i flera år, men nu när jag skall flytta kommer att avsluta all sammarbete. Det är det inte värd.

Εχει 2 χρονια που ειμαι συνδρομιτης τους.Χωρις να ενημερωθω απο 15€ το απεριοριστο πακετο εγινε 17€ και αυτο τον μηνα το εκαναν 20€ το πακετο απεριοριστα ενω διαφημιζουν 15€.Παντελος αδιαφοροι οταν γινεις πελατης τους και μετα χρεωνουν οτι θελουν χωρις καν να ενημερωσουν.Επισης παρα πολυ αργο το σημα του ιντερνε τις περισοτερες ωρες τις μερας.

Worst company ever when it comes to billing.
I have requested to receive my bill via email and every month I don't receive a bill and I have to call up and be put on hold and wait while my business has to wait for cablenet to send a bill.

Every month I get changed €5 reconnection fees.
My systems all run via internet including my Epos system. This means every time i getcut off I lose funds.
Who will pay for the losses of the business?

This week I have been waiting for a call back from cablenet 3 days in a row, to resolve this issue and I've had to call in again this morning, and again I'm waiting for a call back from cablenet.

Think twice before using cablenet.
They are a scam, they do this on purpose on order to receive the extra connection fees from their clients.

Worst telecommunication provider by far. Still living in 4G and sometimes even 3G! Their Commercial department is even worse!

Don’t go with Cablenet fiberoptic!!!!!! Very old equipment! Coaxial cable! Extremely poor ping!!!! (Average 100, Cablenet will tell you otherwise!) paid for 300 Mbs. Had anything from 0 to 150Mbs.

Very rude and ignorant customer support

Terrible service. Completely unprofessional support, and the employees show zero problem-solving skills. They generally lack in everything, which makes everything unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend collaborating with this company.

I’ve been a loyal Cablenet customer for over 10 years, and it’s clear loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. Their new pricing policy is a complete insult to existing customers.

Right now, I’m paying €65 a month — €17 of that just for the phone line — for 100 Mbps internet, Cyprus football, and TV. Meanwhile, new customers can get more for less: faster internet, HBO, Cyprus football, and European football for just €45–€70 a month for two years.

So let me get this straight — if you’ve been supporting the company for a decade, you pay more for fewer services, but if you just joined yesterday, you get everything at a discount? Brilliant strategy if your goal is to drive loyal clients away.

I even asked if I could cancel and rejoin as a “new” customer, and they told me I’d have to return all the equipment, cancel everything, and start a brand-new contract from scratch. So even that’s made unnecessarily difficult — just to keep loyal customers paying more.

Cablenet’s marketing department truly deserves an award for finding new ways to frustrate and alienate long-term customers.

Home internet disconnects every day several times for 10-20 minutes. Tech support shrugs it off. Old routers, coaxial cables - outdated technology. Webpage interface old and non functional. Mobile coverage poorest possible (I have dual sim, so I can always compare).

Signed a contract which included a 200 minute bundle for EU countries. They never registered propeply on the system and I recieved a huge bill. When I called they recognized their mistake and said I should pay the bill anyway as they can't amend bills that have been issued. We are taking legal action.
