STAY AWAY Warning to Buyers: Tampered Stock, Broken Written Terms, and Zero Integrity

If you are a retail business owner looking to protect your capital and client reputation, be extremely cautious when dealing with Qogita.

My experience with this platform has been deeply frustrating, defined by serious quality control issues, tampered inventory, and a claims process designed to minimize buyer compensation at all costs.

Tampered and Decoded Stock: Multiple high-value luxury fragrance orders arrived completely decoded, with batch codes stripped or tampered with. These items are commercially unusable and impossible to sell to retail clients, yet Qogita refused to take responsibility or issue refunds for this compromised stock.

Defective and Damaged Inventory: Orders frequently arrive in unacceptable condition, showing visible handling marks, damaged packaging, and physical defects, forcing buyers to absorb the financial loss for sub-par inventory.

Shifting Goalposts and Unhonored Agreements: Their claims process is a nightmare. Even when you follow their exact instructions, agree to explicit conditions in writing, and provide uncut, undeniable video proof of systemic defects, they shift the goalposts, deny visible evidence, and renege on agreed terms.

Poor Communication & Wallet Delays: They will arbitrarily mark disputed claims as "closed" and falsely state that credits have been issued, while your cash wallet balance remains untouched at £0.00.

Qogita offloads devalued, tampered stock onto buyers, traps your working capital, and uses manipulative stalling tactics when issues are raised. They do not honor written commitments or respect clear evidence.
Do not risk your business capital or reputation with a supplier that refuses to operate with basic commercial integrity.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO QOGITA:
Qogita's public reply below is complete spin. They claim the video verification process and outcome were "agreed between both parties," which is completely untrue.

What was agreed in writing was that if video proof demonstrated the defects, a 50% refund would be applied across the stock. I fulfilled my end and provided clear, uncut video proof of the damaged bezels, scratches, and dirty packaging. They then backtracked on their own written terms, unilaterally imposed a partial settlement, and shut down further discussion.

When I reached out to explain that this was completely unfair and contradicted what was promised, I was stonewalled and told the outcome was final and could not be changed. Offering a public email address to "discuss this further" while privately shutting down tickets and ignoring written commitments is purely for PR. Disgusting behavior from a platform claiming to support retail businesses.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though we are sorry to read such a serious account of your experience.

We take all quality concerns seriously, and our claims process exists to assess every case fairly and on the basis of evidence. In your case, your claim was reviewed thoroughly, including a video verification that was agreed between both parties. The outcome was determined based on the evidence available throughout that process.

We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry for the frustration it caused. We can assure you that your case was handled carefully and fairly throughout.

If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us at support@qogita.com.

Best,
Erin
