Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed with the process ordering from Solopress. I hate to rate lower than 4 stars, but the miscommunication within the company and apparent disorganisation has caused a huge delay on my order. The whole thing was actually rather confusing and not laid out well on the website.

That being said, Lucy Reeve is the reason I am not rating 2 stars. She called me on the phone to discuss issues and iron out the problem calmly and kindly. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was as I'd requested.
