Anfangs dachte ich, der Agent hat mich nicht richtig verstanden. Das haben wir aber sehr gut geklärt und die Antworten waren von Anfang an korrekt. Das Missverständnis lag bei mir. Der Agent war sehr geduldig, das hat mir gut gefallen.
