Schlechte Qualität
Leider kann ich mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Schuhe wurden ohne Information aus England geschickt und kamen deutlich verzögert an. Das Innenfutter hat sich relativ schnell abgelöst, damit hätte ich noch leben können. Allerdings hatten beide Schuhe nach 3 Monaten Löcher in der Sohle (ca.3x2cm) wodurch eine Nutzung nicht mehr möglich ist. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Produktionsfehler ausgeschlossen und erläutert "dass, dies die normale Abnutzung" sei und daher kein Garantieanspruch besteht.
Ich rate definitiv von dieser Firma ab.

We would like to clarify that your order was shipped with a tracking number, which allows customers to follow the delivery at every step. For this reason, we are not entirely sure which lack of information you are referring to. According to our records, the package was delivered within 5 days, so we also do not see any unusual delay, however, we remain fully available to help you review this together if needed!
Regarding the shoes, we understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, you contacted us after more than five months of continuous use, as mentioned in your message. After this period of regular wear, signs of normal wear and tear can occur and are not covered by our warranty, which is why a manufacturing defect was ruled out.
That said, we truly value our customers and are always happy to assist where possible. Please feel free to reach out if you would like us to look into your order or delivery again.
