They sell cheap items for at least 3 times the price they are worth. Sandals were plastic tat that cost £36 and were not the size they advertised- size 5 didn't even fit over my foot. Upon asking to return them their only place to return was China which I was expected to pay the postage for. Absolute con avoid at all costs

Would give 0 stars should it be possible. Ordered a womens Xmas jumper - looked nothing like the photo when it arrived. It is a cheap print, the material is terrible not furry as shown. Cheap products do not buy they look nothing like they show on their website

Do not buy from Boohoo. Returned items got an email saying my refund has been processed but it never arrived. There is no customer service - noone gets back to you they have stolen my money. How can they be allowed to do this?
