Everything very complicated
Everything very complicated. Because I had to send money every day to a friend in Africa I have been asked many questions about that including questions concerning the future ("how often will you use our services again?"). It's just annoying and makes everything more complicated

I like the function of saved contacts which allows me to send money weeks after sending money last time just by a few clicks

Tranfers to a contact is locked and I can't send money to this contact again
I failed to answer some questions to one of my contacts immediately and since then payments to this person are locked and canceled every time I try and I'm not sure why
