Kein Zugriff mehr auf Decred und Monero

Manche Wallets wie ETH, TRon oder Ripple laufen, aber auf meine xmr und dcr habe ich seit mehr als 1 Woche keinen Zugriff ( xmr) bzw. kann sie nicht versenden (dcr ). Laut support wird am Problem gearbeitet, aber unkkar, wann Erfolg. Man kann also einzahlen, aber niicht mehr abheben bis auf unbestimmte Zeit.

Update 14.10.23
Vorhin neues Update der App installiert in der Hoffnung auf Besserung. Statt dessen Exchangebutton und Sendbutton jetzt komplett ausser Funktion und zwar auch bei den anderen Coins.Kaufen würde aber noch gehen. Also eine One Way App quasi. Die Coins bekommen dort also "lebenslänglick", sofern Guarda es nicht bald in den Griff bekommt. Daher jetzt auf 1 Stern reduziert.

15.10.23 Update nach heutiger Reaktion von Guarda: Die Ticketnummer ist 92550. Und das Problem ist aktuell leider immer noch nicht behoben und eine Lösung offenbar nicht in Sicht. Schade eigentlich,denn die Optik der App gefällt mir und die Auswahl der (theoretisch) unterstützten Coins sagt mir auch zu. Aber wenn es nicht zuverlässig funktionert.....

No coins received

The swap was confirmed yesterday evening. My Dash is gone but the xmr does not appear in my wallet after 22 hours. Where is my money?

Thanx for quick response, NowChange-Team. Of course I had tried synchronization before complainig, but without effect. But now I got Info from the Wallet-Team, that there is a maintenance in the monero node. This would cause temporary problems with transactions and Balances. They are working on it and hopefully my Coins will appear soon in the Wallet. So, it seems that it was not your fault, and considering that, and also your reaction, I change my rating, of course,
