Helpful and understanding

I had my car stolen it was nice to deal with a company that has staff with kindness and humanity. They helped me through the last settlement process and I’m grateful for the support.

When hope was lost they helped

They helped me to get finance and kept me in the loop through out the process they also helped me to find a car. I was worried about using an online service but Stephen helped me through it all. Thank you

Not impressed

The package was within the time but the driver never waited for me to answer the door he just got in his car and drove off which I thought was rude plus the package wasn’t left in a safe place just put it my the front door for the world to see not impressed

The good and the bad

The manager was really nice but the male sales assistant make me feel awful because I couldn’t afford the most expensive dog food.
