Fabulous trip!
The hotels and locations were amazing.
We travelled to Le Mans, Lyon, Sirmione at Lake Garda, Rimini, San Marino, Parma and then via Aosta, Reims and home.
Martine organised the whole thing including parking, which was essential.
Everything went very smoothly and we will not hesitate to recommend and use Martine at Travel Counsellors for our next holiday.

Well organised by very friendly, like minded guys and gals. Do as many runs as you like, enough queuing time to get your car's (and your) breath back. Refreshments all laid on.
Couldn't fault it, will do again.

He talked us through the hotels we fancied in Phuket with good knowledge. He called and emailed us back when he said he would... .very refreshing!
Will recommend to friends and family for sure.

I have bought many Samsung phones over the years. My wife and 2 of her friends have bought a flip 5 on my recommendation.
Earlier this year my flip4 was repaired under warranty with a screen issue. About 4 weeks ago, I noticed the screen protector was lifting slightly on the left hand side, so I took this off the phone. Didn't think anymore about it. Last week, I dropped my phone on the carpet but it was in it's hard plastic case so should not be damaged. It would not open fully as the left side was lifted slightly. I called Samsung support and talked to the guy who said it would be under warranty and they would collect it. After collection, I had an email to say that it was damaged and there was a mark on the surround. There was no damage as it was in it's case and the surround was pristine when it left me. I had no choice but to pay £339 for a new screen. I think their warranty service agents just have you over once they have your phone. I will not buy a Samsung in the future and will tell as many people as I can about my experience. phone.

Prices were very competitive and the advisors were helpful enough.
However, I felt the staff were doing everything Parrot fashion and did not really have the knowledge or answers to the questions that I asked. Hopefully I will not need to claim but I will be ready for the wriggling if I do.!
