They are no nonsense products that work and I love how they are packaged in resealable bags instead of bottles.

I’ve been using vision express at Tesco Warrington for years now and have been seen by the same optician who is really lovely and professional and above all very thorough!
The staff are very helpful and pleasant as well, keep up the good work!

The prices are competitive but as with all online shopping you have to order a few different sizes to know what fits well and not only do you have to pay delivery costs but return postage costs as well so the products are actually not much cheaper in the long run.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review and feedback. Our website clearly states the returns process. We offer free return postage to customers in Mainland UK who are returning items to us for an alternative. As retailers we do not encourage customers to order more products than they require as this drives the cost up. As small family owned business we then have to employ more resource to deal with the returns of the unwanted items. This practice also then makes products unavailable for customers that require them. We offer free exchanges for customers returning for alternative sizes. Unfortunately for us to continue offering competitive prices we have to charge for returns. Kind regards Outdoorgb

Having inherited 8 tenanted properties suddenly over 2 years ago and all that that involved I also inherited the insurance already in place through Berkeley Alexander.
I can honestly say that every single time apart from on 2 occasions when I’ve contacted them over that time I’ve been treated with compassion and efficiency from Bradley.
Today I rang for the last time to advise that the last property had sold and so I no longer needed the insurance.
I didn’t get to speak to Bradley as he was off so I wanted to say thank you to him for all his help in maintaining the right cover for these properties whilst I was acting landlord with his warm and friendly manner
that put me at ease.

I visited last week and saw the same optician that I saw pre lockdown and the visit before that,so great for continuity of care.
They are also very friendly, professional and value for money.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
