Please make yourself a favour and dont play on csgoempire, first when u deposit u pay 2x fees. In coins u get and u pay extra with you're real money.
Then there are only 2 gamemodes, Roullete and Coinflip. Normally the odds are 52/48, not on this Site!
I Deposit like 12 times on the site, and on every deposit i got at the end a losetreak of 15 - 20. I lost every bet no matter what color i went.
And then they tell u can win also 15 - 20 times in a row, that's a joke.
I mean i had in the last week 12 times a lostreak over 17 and never won more then 3 flips.
Endresult, bad site. There are far better site that at least let u win something

For your payment fees point, if there are any fees that need to be covered on a payment, these would be communicated on the deposit page before the payment is made. There may well be FX fees on your card depending on the currency too, however, this is something we ultimately have no control over as these fees would differ on each and every card our users use.
For your second point, this would just be down to a streak of bad luck - which can happen when you're gambling. The best part is you don't need to trust us on this: You can prove it.
