What I dislike is when something goes wrong with the product and it's under warranty it seems impossible to get it replaced even though they tell you will be.

I used Airalo in Malaysia and the switch was seamless and I had no issues using my device all around Malaysia. I'm off to India next year so hoping for the same again.

I had some delay with a hamper order which was a courier issue and Snowdonia Cheese Company sent replacement cheeses without any issues and they were worth the delay. A great company to deal with and will definitely buy from them again.
