I worked over 20 hours writing hotel reviews for HotelHelp.net and was told I had earned $190. However, when I tried to withdraw my earnings, they demanded that I deposit €125.80 first. When I refused and asked why, their representative (Anna Larsson) was rude and very demanding.

Motel was very helpful took me through the step-by-step of selling my car got less than I expected which was a bit of a disappointment after the auction. Think will be good if they value the car less so the disappointment would not be a shock overall good service

so compliant department got in touch, but nothing changed. still being told I will have to pay till the 5th February instead of the 30th January.

I am leaving this review to caution anyone considering Community Fibre.

I emailed to formally notify them that I wished to end my contract on 18 January 2026, using the email address provided on their official website. I later called to extend the termination date to 30 January 2026, only to be told they had no record of my original email.

I immediately forwarded a copy of the email, clearly showing the address used and the date it was sent. Despite this clear evidence, they refused to acknowledge it, claiming the email address was “incorrect” — even though it came directly from their own website.

As a result, they insisted I must continue paying until 5 February 2026, completely disregarding my written notice and follow-up call. There was no flexibility, no goodwill, and no consideration shown.

Ending a contract should be handled professionally and fairly. Instead, I was met with rigid excuses and an unwillingness to act reasonably, even when proof was provided.

Be very careful with this company, especially when it comes time to leave. Their approach to contract termination is cold, inflexible, and entirely one-sided.
