The contact to the sales person was pleasant, accommodating and to the point - so in all this was a highlight. During the booking and confirmation the process turned into a less than desirable one, confirmations where not send, cancellations happened without informing the customer and conditions of the contract were changed without notifying the customer. When being called the customer service missed to call back over days. Finally the sales person steped back in and the process improved dramatically so that I still rate this as a mediocre experience. I am at the booking process still and hope there is a smooth and fast process from here on
