Unfortunately, some payment methods do not allow us to see the payment immediately. Until then, we will hold your order and guarantee the agreed price. It is true that it may take some time before the coins are sent. For your and our safety, we cannot prevent this.

We understand that it is not pleasant that our chat was unavailable. Due to the enormous amount of traffic, we were forced to close the chat. This allowed us to help all customers in the best possible way.

The fee we charge is 1% to 3% (depending on the market volatility) + € 1,- per transaction. Added to that, there are additional costs for the payment method you are using. Lastly, the miner fee, which has to be paid for most coins to facilitate your transaction in the blockchain, is calculated in the price.

There is no 'set' price for any coin, this is purely based on the price of certain exchanges. We might calculate the price using a different exchange than you do which could explain the difference. Each website / wallet / exchange handles their own pricing, and so do we.

When you buy a small amount of coins, the fixed fees included for exchange rate, payment provider and our fee are higher, percentage wise. When you fill in a larger amount, you will see a more accurate price per coin.
