I was trying to source a replacement cooker hood of the same model but it had been discontinued by Elica. However, Dominic at the Appliance People make efforts to source a suitable substitute which turned out to be more than perfect and a better fit for our kitchen than the previous model. Ordering was straightforward and the new hood arrived inside 5 working days. Brilliant service. I'll be using Appliance People again for sure.

A delivery ordered as a birthday present did not arrive on time. However, Amit at the customer contact centre could not have been more apologetic or helpful. Having investigated the problem he resolved the issue by liaising with the nearest branch to the delivery address and arranged that a suitable replacement box would be delivered today - despite it being a Sunday. A complimentary bottle of wine was included as well. I cannot fault the service here which definitely went the extra mile to sort out the problemm Many thanks indeed Amit and Majestic Wine. Gold-plated service which is unusual nowadays from many other companies.
