We have rent a boat in Marina dell'Isola. We spent almost 6000 eur in that boat for one week. We were coming (2 person) by train from Alghero to the train station called Marinella which is 2 km away from the marina. We could not find any taxi and we ask to Cagliari Sailing charter company to pickup us in the trains station. They told us they were very busy and nobody could come to pickup us those 2 kilometres. We were walking to the marina with 35 degrees celsius and two big bags each (as you can not take laguages with weals), it was very difficult. Next friday we ask them to call taxi for us for saturday and they ask 60 eur per those 2 kilometres. We told them is crazy and again ask them to take us to the train station as it was only 2 kilometers. They did not want to do that so we went walking again. This people is only looking for money, they do not know nothing about service for client. They do not care. Also in that marina there are not showers and toilets, the only toilet is in the bar which open late and close early. How they can not have those facility in the marina? Is a basic! Do not rent a boat with them. They do not deserve it.

No service provide.
We have rent a boat, not cheap, 5500 eur, and they were not able to come pickup us to the train station 2 km away. There is no taxi there and we have been walking in this very hot day to the marina. 2 of 15 kg bags (not normal bags because of the boat) and last day I ask them not let us walk and just take us and they were not able to take us to the station again. 2 km. Marina del Isola in Golfo Aranci. Also there are not showers or toilet in this marina. Only you can use the toilet of the bar, the bar open late and close soon.

Terrible experience with Kavas Yachting.
When we arrived they ask for 120eur to do checking earlier then 5 pm. We have paid and they offer us to go shopping with their car to a cheap supermarket! This supermarket was very expensive! Even paying taxi and going to another supermarket you should save a lot of money. Finally they gave us the boat at 3pm !!! So we saved 2 hours! The boat was unclean with many not functionals equipment. The second day the fridge was broken and we sail to nearest marina to wait somebody to come to repair the fridge, we lost all day. The third day the motor broke down. They took us to the same marina and we wait again all day to repair the motor. They told us to pay the repairs and they will refund the money when we got back to base, but then refuse to refund the money us promise. On top of all this in the end they charge us for cracked window which we never broke! It was just too much. It was very strange to us that they charge us for that window so we wait another boat what they will charge them and they charge them also a window!!! They told us they did not broken it either! Is a trap, if you rent a boat with this company, check every details, especially windows. We think they have the windows cracked, nobody check it and finally they take money from you for this cracked window! The other people told us they have paid for a stairs which they do not broken! Is was really terrible experience. Never ever rent a boat with this company. They are not fair at all. Charging for everything and sucking money from you when they can.

We are very happy with this agency.
We have reserved the boat but because of covid / catalan emergency / they cancel our flights twice and finally we could not fly at all, we canceled the reservation less then one week and they gave us the voucher anyway even we should not received anything.
Will be more then happy to rent a boat with them next year again.
