I used to order a lot from Pernille Corydon and was always happy. Unfortunately, I noticed that the quality was steadily declining. I ordered the Large Hellior Hoops and was really appalled by the quality. The earrings look like they came out of a chewing gum machine. They look very cheap, the workmanship is poor and the gold plating looks like cheap plating. I would be surprised if the purchase price here exceeds a few euros. I'm very annoyed that I gave it a chance in the first place and am now stuck with 15 euros in return costs. My recommendation: don't order anything else from them. It's the cheapest mass production. Today I received my Splash-y Earrings (150 Euro, Summer Collection 24). They look exactly like on the pictures. To be honest, I was a little bit afraid, that they might look cheap. But they do not at all. They are still a little pricy in my opinion. The wrapping was very lovely with eye to detail and the delivery very quick. If you are ready to invest a little money for a colourful and special piece of jewelry - i can highly recommend this shop. :)

I would have loved to order today a new pair of Billi Bi shoes as I do love the design and the quality. But I was shocked about the new delivery costs. About 250 DKK (which is equivalent to 33,50!!!) for shipping. In case I need to return the shoes (they might not fit) I have to pay the return cost by myself. Which is fine, usually. But as an isuranced package from Germany costs 14.49 Euro it might cost me in the end 50 Euro for nothing. And, there are so many companys in Denmark who are able to provide shipping to Germany for around 15 Euro. Which would be totally fine for me. It´s a shame but I won´t order anymore.

Die angebotenen Artikel und Marken sind sehr schön. Leider hatte ich mit drei Bestellungen Probleme, da die Artikel (alle von derselben Marke) nicht einwandfrei waren. Die Rückerstattungen dauerten Wochen und erforderten mehr als 20 Emails mit dem Kundendienst. Zeit, die ich nicht investieren möchte. Meine Empfehlung: Nur bestellen, wenn man nichts retournieren möchte. Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und war am Ende auch sehr bemüht, nachdem ich hier eine Bewertung geschrieben habe. Insgesamt aber sehr schleppend und man musste Informationen mehrfach einreichen. Ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen, wie aufwendig es ist, z.B. ein Möbelstück zu reklamieren.

Es war meine erste Bestellung bei Elise Tsikis. Leider waren die erhaltenen Ohrringe verbogen und meiner Meinung nach für die Qualität etwas überteuert. Das Design aber wunderschön. Trotzdem 4 Sterne für die schöne Verpackung, den außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice und die blitzschnelle Rückerstattung.
