I went to purchase my bed today. I was served by Vivian, what a lovely person she is.
I explained I had medical issues and I asked her if she could show me beds & mattresses that would suit me, which she did with absolutely no hard selling and at my pace which was appreciated and a very pleasant experience all round.
I’d highly recommend Bensons for beds to anyone thinking about buying a new bed.

This review i should have done ages ago anyway please avoid at all costs it’s all fake products. I bought kerastase from this site 😡.. I took it to where I normally buy my hair products. They sent it to kerastase and hmmm.. comes back as not a kerastase product..

Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Disgusted with this company. No invoice email In the words of Jim Dionond - I should have known better. Keraste products are 100% fakes. Only thing good is delivery by DPD.

So i ordered shampoo conditioner and heat protector from this site.
1st wash I thought my hair doesn’t feel right - I had a k18 put on my hair.. I know that wasn’t the problem.
2nd wash again with a k18 from hairdresser still felt very dry and is snapping. (For those who don’t know K18 is the best repair product along with Opaplex on the market - as long as it’s bought from a reputable hairdresser).
There no returns slip with those products to returns. There’s no invoice email either. So I can’t send these items back!!
I can assure you there will NOT be a 3rd wash. Wasted money on fake items that have damaged my hair!!!
My advice is don’t buy Kerastase products unless it’s from a reputable hairdressers. And most definitely do not buy from this site unless you want to waste your money along with your hsir.

I ordered a bike on 28th April and still haven't had a reply to 3 emails now. Final email was to cancel bike and have funds refunded.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Completely disappointed with customer service.
I am now going to have hhe hassle of trying to get my money back through my bank.

10/6/20...Here's an update on my order of bike...
So, I finally got an email to say my bike would be arriving from suppliers .....on wait for it..."25th September".. I emailed them back to say this wasn't acceptable and could they cancel my order and return funds into my bank.. bearing in mind we are now in June.I have finally been refunded.
I most definitely would not recommend this company to anybody!!
