Alpinetrek take part in TopCashback with a rate of 5.25%. I purposely avoided using a £5 off voucher direct with Alpinetrek so I could make sure I met the terms to get the cashback.

It tracked fine, but when it came to confirming it later down the line, they denied my cashback. I know everything I need to do so I meet all the terms. They should be removed from cashback sites and I'll never use them again.

I've bought from Sim Corner before, but they were out of stock of the one I wanted when I came to buy in November.

I made the mistake of buying a data eSim from Holafly and when I got to Canada, the speeds were dreadful. I checked Sim Corner and they were back in stock. I emailed first to see if they could sort it ASAP, especially as I now needed to make calls due to issues with my UK sim.

They responded with maybe 20 minutes and assured me they would sort it straight away (you usually pick an activation date). And despite them telling me it could still take a few hours, everything was up & running around 30 mins after purchase.

The signal & speeds were on par with local carriers (something Holafly promised and failed on) and had no trouble whatsoever. They also activate it for you, no need to mess around yourself. They will always be the first place I'll look at when I need an eSim for travelling. Thank you.

Really not happy with them revaluing my phone this week, claiming "few noticeable scratches on screen". If you could see how careful I am with my phones, you'd understand why I'm more than annoyed they knocked me down from a quoted £480 to £430.

It's never been dropped or banged. Never placed face down despite being in a case. It's never placed in a pocket with anything else and the only thing to ever touch the screen have been my fingers. It was thoroughly checked and cleaned before sending in the original box that even included the paper cover. Regret leaving them a brand new unused usb-c cable in the box as well.

But I had no choice to accept their new offer, because I didn't trust them to send back my phone in the same condition I sent it in. So I would be even further out of pocket trying to sell elsewhere.

I will never consider sending anything to them ever again, no matter how much better their quotes are compared to others.

I'm sure the company will reply to this with some copy and paste excuse as to why they revalued my phone. Perhaps a careless member of staff caused damage and opted to lie about it, who knows?

All I know is that I sent in as good a condition used phone as you can get (11 month old Pixel 9 Pro XL 512gb) and was insulted with a false claim of scratches on the screen.

I'm adding this after the company have replied. They DID NOT provide me with any images of my phone showing any scratches. In fact, they ignored my email requesting to see pictures of them. Any pictures showing scratches would be irrelevant anyway, as there 100% weren't any when I sent them my phone.

I can only assume these companies have some kind of quota to meet and I was unfortunate enough to be caught out this time.

Great next day delivery and without wasteful over packaging. The 3 pairs of trousers all of excellent quality. And to top it off, free returns with the refund processed the same day they received them.

First time using Mazuma and a first class experience. Sent my phone off one day, they received the next working day and paid me the very same day.

They were offering more than any other recycle company and paid the full amount. And unlike some I've dealt with, they didn't knock me down and offer the rest as a "bonus" for a good review. Will definitely use again.

I had a very good cv made, despite me only having one long term job. And all completed within about a day.

Got a good quote, sent my phone in on Wednesday, they received it late Thursday and had confirmation on Friday morning it was going through testing. That was complete on Friday afternoon and I accepted the offer immediately. Shortly after I got confirmation the payment was going though, which will be with me any time now.

I asked Monoprice UK a few questions about products and always got replies without having to wait long. Bought an item but forgot to use a voucher, was issued a refund for the voucher price 5 mins after sending an email. Had to return one item and was issued a full refund the following day.

Once they get more of their US products over here, they'll continue to grow. Great customer service & products.

I've contacted Arendal many times with questions about their products and always had quick responses from knowledgeable people. As for their actual products, they're superb.

Cheapest price available and no problems using it at the attraction. Maybe should have been a little clearer that you need to actually print out the ticket.
