Many issues with Nuie branded products which WeLove have tried to resolve quickly. I’d happily recommend WeLove, but not Nuie products

Product & speed of delivery were great.
Cost of delivery quite expensive, when only tiling a small bathroom.

Do not use a company that profit from elderly & vulnerable people. Charging interest upon interest every year means your debt increases MASSIVELY & is a disgraceful way to exploit people. Marketing it as a retirement plan makes it even worse! A family member saw their original debt increase by over £80,000 in 10 years

If you buy purely on price, then the website is good! After that, the issues start! Washing Machine didnt arrive - despite waiting in for 8 hours. Numerous emails followed - KYOTO blamed the logistics company, saying they had the wrong contact numbers (the numbers were correct). The logistics company don't answer their phone. Washing Machine finally arrived 2 days later after a lot of stress & messing around. Next time, I will use a more reliable company & pay the extra cost!

Good lights for the size & price. I wouldn’t use them as a security light, as not bright enough to deter people, but certainly bright enough to illuminate driveways, paths etc.
