Ordered a “deluxe” bouquet off the pictures advertised on their website. What was actually delivered was a poor imitation of the image that was supposed to arrive. Less than half the flowers that were advertised actually made it into the bouquet. What is being sold on line is blatant misrepresentation and false advertising to what was actually delivered. What was supposed to be a bouquet celebrating my mother’s birthday actually ended up looking like an afterthought. Do not order from ever.

No communication after purchase about shipping. No tracking information. Tried to reach out to support to see when it will ship. No response. Not sure I will ever get what I ordered.

My product was defective. I adhered to the return and refund procedures strictly. Contacting them for a return authorization and then sending it by a traceable method. It’s been 20 days since my tracking shows it was delivered to a person at their warehouse and they claim it has not been delivered. They want the tracking number and proof of postage. Luckily I still have the receipt but normally I would have thrown it away by now. I feel that they are purposely waiting until a significant amount of time has passed and then needing this postage proof otherwise they cannot refund the money knowing that most people won’t hang onto a receipt for almost a month.

I also ordered the shirt with the cat and the pocket. Like others, the shirt I received didn't have a pocket and half the cat was missing. I sent them an email and they said I was not entitled to a refund because they are not responsible. I also called their customer support and the person on the other end would not give me a refund, would not connect me to a supervisor and in the end got angry with me. I am waiting for the email they promised to send. Some how I think will be waiting awhile. If you would like to call them their number is 646-741-2095. If you take someone's money and don't send them what they ordered, I believe that's called stealing.
