What more could you ask for? More seriously. The rugs were truly unique in their quality. I'm very appreciative of their return policy (they cover it), as I had to find a rug that would complement 4 other rugs (not easy). They sent two and one was a great complement to the ones I have. It was easy to return the one that didn't work as well (which was so beautiful my friends asked, "Can't you find another place for it?").

Plants arrived in great condition. They were well developed, but not overly root bound. US perennials were great about making sure they arrived at a time I'd be here to receive them, even when I had to change the date.

When I got the rugs, the colors seemed different from what I saw on the website. For example, a rug labled terracotta, that looked like the color of a terracotta pot was quite brown when I got it home, and I had to return it because it didn't fit my decor.
