This was not my first purchase. I had a question about the rug I was looking at and I got a very quick response,
Ordering is as easy as it gets and I received my new rug in about a week-I live on left side of U.S. Rug was well protected and just perfect for my short hallway.

Our rug arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly as described in the website. I was especially grateful for the listings that show the very important matter of knots per square inch, unlike those of many other rug purveyors.
