I have purchased several rugs from Uniq. They are all beautiful and match description. Great communication from this seller - they have sent addl information when requested. My latest rug was lost in transit (DHL) and Uniq applied the pressure needed for them to find it. Highly recommended.

Great customer service/communication and the rug shipped pretty quickly. Arrived well-packaged with care. Looks just like the pictures but even more beautiful in person, very high quality! I love it in my space.

Two critiques.

1. Follow-up post ordering. I had to get in touch with UniqRugs to verify my order was being shipped. It was radio silence up to that point.

UniqRugs responded to my inquiry quickly and I was reassured my order was active and soon to be shipped.

2. The website does not function properly on mobile devices. Rug type selection (thumbnails) are not all visible and I am unable to expose all the thumbnails to select what I’m looking for. The website works fine with my laptop.

Everything else was top notch. The rug selection is unmatched, the website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of pictures. My rug was as displayed on the website and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful rugs and great service. The three runners I ordered were delivered within days. One was perfect for its location; the other two didn't work as well, and I was able to return them for a full refund. UniqRugs was in touch throughout and made the transactions easy.

The carpets are beautiful and true to colour.

Uniq's website offers a lot of information about each rug and good pictures, so that you know what you are buying. Shipping is fast and smooth. We haven't used it, but the return policy is customer friendly. And a great selection/variety of rugs. What's not to like? I always go here first when I'm looking for a rug.

I have ordered several rugs from this company and I have always been happy with the quality of the product. They also arrive very quickly.

Our rug arrived on time. Delivery man brought it to the door. It has beautiful colors and is exactly what we wanted. Size is perfect for our entry.

What more could you ask for? More seriously. The rugs were truly unique in their quality. I'm very appreciative of their return policy (they cover it), as I had to find a rug that would complement 4 other rugs (not easy). They sent two and one was a great complement to the ones I have. It was easy to return the one that didn't work as well (which was so beautiful my friends asked, "Can't you find another place for it?").
