I wanted to send get well flowers to my sister in law. 1800flowers was offering free shipment based on the date I choice and 20% off. I went through the whole process only to get to the end and get hit with a $16 service charge. They only disclose the hidden fee at the end. I reviewed the charges and saw the service charge because the total was higher than I anticipated. Free shipping and 20% off is a lie because they receive it any way through a so called service charge. I canceled the order before paying. Avoid this company.

Birthday gift for my 19 year old daughter. She loved it. Totally surprised. We all loved it. Lots of laughs with the bubbles. It was better than expected. The donuts were yummy, too.

The ornaments are beautiful. Packaged very carefully. I will order again. However, the mailman left the box in my neighbor's mailbox instead of my mailbox. I had to go through my neighbors' mailboxes to find my order. I suggest using UPS instead of the USPS.

I had the apron personalized for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I'm pleased with the quality. It has an adjustable neck strap which is definitely a plus. I'd order from them again.
