Total rip of biggest bunch of cowboys since John Wayne waited 2hrs on return cars are dumped in a field no security or cameras refuse to cancel and refund bookings once you have paid they don't reply to you nothing on website is true I contacted citizens advice and trading standards I am not the only one either

I would say to anyone looking to book don't do not believe anything on the website you do not get anything that's promised it was so bad and stressful, I made 2 bookings after 1st in April never wanted to go there again been trying to get a refund for my next booking for 2 months now they just don't reply to emails calls online complaints got my money and that's it advertise refunds pack of lies save your money pay a bit more and use a company that is park mark registered

This stuff is amazing love it taste so good I'm ready to reorder again but my favourites out of stock at moment I have lost 1st 4lbs so far

Whole process start to finish awful don't believe a single thing on website and if you make the mistake of booking and want to cancel you have zero chance of a refund even tho they advertise refund they don't reply to emails chats or online forms your car will be parked in a field not a flat field one full of pot holes and ditches didn't see any of the so called security cameras only 1 on nightclub where you drop of we waited 2hrs to be picked up late taking us to terminal transport to and from airport disgusting old and filthy inside and out do not use this company awful website a joke

The whole thing is a complete joke do not use this company if you want stress free experience start to finish nightmare nothing on the website is basically true your car will be left I a field full of ditches and pot holes no cameras apart from 1 I saw on the night club you have to pull up in be surprised if any security in place your car will be shit up our so called transfer was very late taking us waited 2hrs to come back and vehicles we'll never seen any thing so dirty and disgusting inside and falling to bits you can't keep keys even tho says you can can't get refund even tho say you can basically whole company is a total scam

Someone decided to open a door as I drove past on a Sunday rang on Monday and my car was collected next day courtesy car delivered next day repairs done to a very high standard car was cleaned and valeted very happy
