The guy who came round went above and beyond expectations. Nice, friendly chap who was able not supposed to be here to connect our pump to the internet but, on finding the chamber full of water and the pump blocked by grease, he rolled his sleeves up and got stuck in, cleared it all out and left it in good working order. Impressive, as it was a tough job in a hot, confined space!

Excellent doors, even better than we thought they would be. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I had been wondering what to give my lovely wife Pippa on Valentines Day whilst being unable to go shopping due to lockdown. I spotted an advert on Instagram for Huskke’s Valentine’s Day candle, gift wrapped and with a handwritten card, which seemed perfect. And it didn’t disappoint. The box, ribbon and card were perfect, and Pippa is delighted with the candle. A triumph! 💜

Even in these strange times, Carey Fielding, our sales co-ordinator, has been so helpful. She posted out a sample and colour swatch, talked to us a number of times on the phone, including talking us through everything on the Velfac stand while we visited the the National Self Build and Renovation, which is currently open but all the stands are un-manned during the Covid restrictions. This allowed us to see, in person, these great quality windows which are offered at such a great price.

An excellent mattress - all that I hoped it would be. It's so much better with a sprung base though. I have a bed frame, so the new mattress was originally resting on boards. I've now constructed my own sprung base to fit within the frame, with 9" springs and a web of cords tying the springs together, and the difference is incredible.
