Returning the rug and getting the subsequent refund took an absolute age and needed about 25 separate emails no communication from them as to what was happening at any stage needed chasing at every step, it is my belief they just wouldnt have refunded me at all if I hadnt kept chasing - it was appalling service

Sadly they shipped the wrong cushion, I emailed as requested to alert them to this several times so reply over the course of a week, only repeated emails asking for a truspilot review - so here it is!! Still have wrong item and no refund or communication!!!!

Used to be such a lovely restaurant but food has gone from amazing to inedible, such a shame

Item missing from delivery, contacted them, they said they would send it out, nearly a week later nothing, no tracking or info, chased it and Philip seemed to have a real attitude problem that he was being chased on a missing item and lack of communication saying he had 'told me' it was coming, but it's not here! He said he would come back with tracking details, 24 hours later still no tracking details! Chased again ,waiting for response which I anticipate being defensive and unconcerned that I need this item for mother's day and that this whole thing is their fault for missing the item in the first place! I said to him mistakes happen fine but absolutely poor attitude and communication since. What a boring waste of my time won't be ordering from here again!

Parcel not at parcel shop, wasted hours of my life queuing and on phone, refund refused - want me to waste more hours of my life going to the parcel shop again ! Total disaster!!!!

Update - information sned after DM as requested, and yet nothing since! Shock!!!! Don't bother asking for info and making it look on here like you are when you clearly don't!!!!

I was offered upgraded morning delivery reference 1423248 so arranged tradespeople to assemble cabinets only to sent an afternoon slot and when I contacted them they said it couldn't happen and would be afternoon but offered no explanation - wasted hundreds of pounds with them waiting around for nothing, would have been much better not to have offered the upgrade would have saved me hundreds

I bought 2 sideboards and 2 mirrors which were great quality, a great price and no issues with the delivery so overall a great experience

Ordered 2 items that didn't look at all like the pictures when they arrived, emailed customer services several times to respond but nothing back - really poor service.

Shocking service. Bought some items that that came with free delivery, only to be told it wasn't free and I owed them £66. As I was unhappy with this they agreed to drop them at my house at some point as I was local but when I chased them having heard nothing for monthes (I did say no rush but come on!) I was met with the rudest lady ever (apparently a manager) who basically made out that I was in the wrong even though they under charged me and then misled me, and said she would call back to resolve (obviously didn't!) she was truly offensive and unrepentant. I eventually paid the £66 when I called them a week later, to be rid of this awful company but still haven't received the goods and today thier phone is dead!! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!!!

Delivery quick and guys really helpful - rare for a delivery company these days!

Shocking service from a company that used to be good, I have no idea what's happening but although covid causes delays this company have taken it beyond a joke - took forever to receive the items and I have been trying to return them for over a month and no reply to calls/emails at all. I thank God I only ordered 2 side tables -the boxes have been cluttering my hall for a month and if it was 2 sofas I'd be raging. Completely unacceptable and immoral to be still taking orders when the company is in this state. Avoid.

2nd update brays contacted me and asked for my order info - I gave it and still nothing - please can you advise when refund is coming as it is still not here!!!


UPDATE: responding to reply below from Bray's, agree with other customers your website was definitely open and only changed weeks after order, why no communication and why wait monthes to issue refunds, did covid prevent you from answering an email for 4monthes! Ridiculous! Finally If your website was closed (which we both know it wasn't) you should have closed the order system down - just making excuses am still furious you are are copying and pasting same ridiculous excuses to all customers!. WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?




Ordered an item that said it was available for speedy delivery but had no confirmation - no sign of the item and they have taken the money. Haven't responded to multiple emails or ever picked up the phone - I think they have gone down but shame on them for keep taking orders and money and leaving on the VM they are having technical issues! Total liars and shame on them for taking advantage of people during a crisis. Absolutely immoral and also I assume illegal - heartless crooks - avoid.

Everything went smoothly and the call after to see if I had the tiles and what I thought was appreciated as i could ask some further questions.

Love the fact that you can get costs without both postcodes as it makes it really easy to give ebay delivery prices and love the amount of options and always seems be good value for money
