I’ve been an online customer of Trekitt for a number of years -they’re a fantastic company to deal with.
They stock great brands at fantastic prices and delivery is quick and hassle free. I’d love to visit their bricks & mortar store in Hereford, but I’m on the other side of the country. They have a YouTube channel where they demonstrate outdoor gear and I find these excellent buying guides. There’s no click bait, no ‘must haves’ , just down to Earth solid advice on best uses and fit of clothing / sizing.

Needed a new 3*, Sold Secure Diamond profile euro profile cylinder for our composite front door. Very happy to have found the Titan HS store for my Ultion lock, which meets/exceeds all the security standards.

Price was excellent, service even better. I originally ordered the key/key (entirely my fault on website) when I wanted Key/thumbturn. No drama, as I was contacted by Cassie to verify all my order details and she quickly put everything right with no drama.
This is great practice as verifying internal and external measurements and lock finish won't be second nature unless you're in the Trade.
I needed extra keys and everything was delivered by DPD (one hour slot) after 3/4 days.
Absolutely delighted with the lock and service I received and a much needed and trusted seller.

Been with Octopus a while and their Customer support is second to none. I had a fantastic experience buying my Omega watch online from Watches of Mayfair. The price was extremely competitive compared to rivals and my watch arrived extremely well packaged by courier next day, within 28 Hours of ordering.

The watch is pristine bearing all correct manufacturer stickers and the full 5 year Omega warranty and documentation is present and correct. I was called by Matt from WoM who offered to resize the bracelet prior to despatch, which I gratefully accepted, so the watch arrived ready to wear.

Sold a camera through them. Extremely impressed with the service and price. They sent DPD to collect from my home on Thursday, it was delivered to MPB Friday midday and I was paid by 5.30pm the same day.
I take great care with my equipment, but still pleased to receive the quoted ‘like new’ figure ( after a negative experience with mobile phone trade with other companies)

John answered my call and queries very quickly and was extremely professional. I wanted short term insurance for my late father’s house pending its sale. He explained all the options and I was delighted with the outcome and being able to sort it all out.

Very impressed with our new Studio mattress as it’s superbly comfortable. We were promised next door delivery but this didn’t happen due to a supply issue. To be fair, we were kept updated and at least were told this in the morning so I didn’t waste a day waiting in. We were then offered a delivery slot for the next working day and kept well updated by the delivery crew. I would happily use Silentnight again. Very happy with product and service.
