I bought a Rolex from SwissTimepieces - they were very helpful (I used what’s app) and quick to reply to my lengthy questions

I was concerned about a few things as I wasn’t able to visit their shop in person.

The watch arrived next day delivery and was exactly as described.

I also ran their terms and conditions through chat GPT and the response was that the terms were very good and went far beyond the normal expected terms.

I found the price of the watch to be very competitive.

Will certainly use them again in the future.

I dealt with Elenna towards the end of the purchase and she was excellent. Other staff members also were great - sent me more pics of the watch etc.
