STAY AWAY FROM THEM DODGY ABD DISHONEST! Don’t trust them, be wise and stay away. Took offer £95 then tried to sell £15. Gave two false tracking details when requesting the phone back. Attended the property to no one answering so phone could not be returned. Will pay out once you are forced to do a review, as review that’s not true. They do not pay out the prices they ever agree too, read the true reviews. The reviews we say the same fast and accurate are not real people, happy to upload the info. They are a false practice, use fake names and not legit. If you want the phone sold for well under the price it deserves then go for them, if however you want to sell your phone for the correct valuation do not use. I can not emphasise this enough. Phone is yet to be received and if anything found from the original video of it before sent is not accurate a civil court charge will be logged. STAY AWAY FROM DODGY COMPANY!

Tried to low ball me repeatedly on my device. Eventually they agreed to pay a reasonable amount although this was still substantially less than their original estimate. They also tried to obtain a review here prior to payment.

I was quoted £183 for a faulty iPhone 14, which I declared was faulty at the time of quotation.
My phone had a slight crack on the screen, but other than that was in spotless condition with no other cosmetic defects, the phone powered on, charged and worked fine, only issue was battery life was not the best but was also completely adequate and had worked absolutely fine until I got my upgrade.
The phone was collected and tested quickly and then I was offered £25!! I mean I could have expected the offer to be slightly lower but that is an absolute joke, I would rather donate the phone than expect an offer over £150 lower than the original quotation, even tho they were aware of the phones condition.
Would not recommend, was a waste of my time.

Generally a very positive experience. Lots of communication throughout. Could potentially make the website a bit more thorough to get a more accurate initial pricing.
My phone was damaged with a new back screen required as had flashing and black spots. Could only mark as broken which I did and initial value comes in at £400+.
I obviously knew this damage would not get that price so wasn’t shocked when it came back reduced but down to £71. If they had a bit more depth to online valuation people may not have as much a shock

Easy Process made simple via emails and messages.

Awful service, massively tried to undercut me initially, then when I rejected it made me a new offer which I rejected too. They then asked me to how much I wanted, and amount was agreed but I am still awaiting payment.

Terrible service.
Firstly, misleading quotes - I had a working iphone with the tiniest hairline crack in the screen that was genuinely difficult to see, otherwise in great conditions, but I marked as 'broken' due to the crack. Sent in the phone and was then offered one third of the original quote.
Requested for the phone to be returned, which took several emails during which they increased the very low offer but not to the phone's worth. When I got the phone back, the screen was significantly damaged, it had clearly been hit in the top right corner, either in their facilities or during the return postage.
It has been weeks and I am still waiting for responses about the next stage in their 'investigation' into the damage.

Yet another resale company advertising prices they don’t stick to. Sold my iPhone 15 pro max and selected the faulty condition (worst condition I could select) as the back was cracked. The rest of the phone was in good condition, cameras weren’t damaged and worked. Speakers work. Phone, Face ID and buttons all work. The battery was at 92% and other than the back being cracked there were no other issues with the phone. They offered me £350 for the faulty phone and when received and reviewed I got an email with an ‘updated offer’ of £150 with no explanation other than it was graded E (no option to pick specific grades for an accurate price). They need to update their pricing so people can accurately select the correct grade because knocking £200 off for a phone that was sent as faulty due to the back being cracked is an absolute joke especially since apple only quoted me £140 to repair the phone and these companies definitely don’t send to apple to repair so repairs in house would be even cheaper. I don’t know what they expect for a phone listed as faulty? I sold an old iPhone 12 Pro max to them over a year ago and got £183 for that in faulty condition (broken cameras, old slow phone and battery was at about 70%) so I don’t understand how a year later a phone in better condition and a new model can be worth less? The only reason I’d give 2 stars was the customer service was good, any queries were responded to promptly and after rejecting their offer my phone was posted back to me quickly (offer rejected on 20.08.26 and received phone back on 26.08.26).
