The girls at this branch are always great (especially Sunday staff) Nowrin and lola always so positive even with rude customers.

I recently bought a Belgian bun from Greggs and was genuinely shocked by the ingredient list. For what should be a fairly simple bakery product, it contains palm fat and a long list of preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilisers and other additives.

I appreciate that products need a reasonable shelf life, but this feels far more heavily processed than customers might expect from a bakery. I would like Greggs to move towards fresher products made with simpler, better-quality ingredients, while also adopting more environmentally responsible sourcing, packaging and production methods—including sustainably sourced alternatives to palm oil wherever possible.

A major bakery such as Greggs should be leading the way by offering food that is fresher, less processed and kinder to both its customers and the environment. In the bin and reason learnt- go to a real bakery!

Ordered breakfast through Uber eats 4 different drivers and we are now still waiting on food 1.5 hours later from Inverness High Street. Never used them before never again disgraceful. Phoned customer services useless can’t do anything cop out for £44 order. And now cannot cancel order no option

Stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes only to have the item I wanted not available. I should have known better as this isn’t the first time. This is got to be the worst greggs in the world.

This is Greg's in Long Lane Hillingdon. What has happened to the, once before delicious steak bakes!!? Now it is all gravy! The price £4.50 is far too expensive for a gravy only steak bake! This product should be renamed to 'gravy bake'. Honestly Greg's this is disgraceful. Stop ripping your customer's off!

Exceptional customer service experience received from Josh at Greggs Allerton, BD15 branch. They didn't have the specific sweet treat I was looking for, but Josh who served me was absolutely incredible.Instead of just saying they were out of stock, he listened was patient, so friendly, and went completely above and beyond to help. They suggested an alternative treat, and their recommendation was spot on—the whole family absolutely loved it!It is so rare to get this level of genuinely warm, helpful customer service these days. This employee is an absolute credit to the Greggs team! Keep up the amazing work Josh!

Lazy staff who cannot be bothered to properly heat up food cold af pizza cold af steak bake is vile boycottmill hill greggs if you want your food hot!

Just bought a sausage and bacon barm this morning following multiple visits previously and a staff member handled my barm after a customer handed to her, a handful of loose change, without washing or sanitising her hands. Thanks, I could literally taste the change on my barmcake. 😑.

From today I am going to buy sandwich anymore, the bread was terrible, feel not fresh like old

Poor service from my local greggs in sawtry services having told my order had to keep repeating it again and then still not having all my order also putting doughnuts in a paper bag isn't good as all the topping becomes stuck to the paper

I received a discount on uber eats & decided to use it for a Greggs home delivery… big mistake 🙄when he delivered I just took it straight in, I had ordered a mix pizza box & the delivery person had obviously squished it in his delivery bag to fit in & the pizzas were all mushed together (had ordered half pepperoni & half veggie) the pizza bases are focaccia & normally lovely… these had obviously not been baked properly & with them mushed together was awful 😞
Tried uploading pictures about 20 times to send to uber eats to complain & each time pictures were rejected & as it was late I gave up !!!!
My advice stick to the shop & if you use uber eats open the box before the delivery person leaves, am not happy as that was £10.50 wasted 😤

I whent to buy a nice hot pie but the pie was cold and y would i pay the same price for a cold pies shocking and there for i just walked out the shop. After all wee all go there to bye hot food not cold food for the same price. Shame they can't keep the food hot in a hot area we're all the hot stuff will stay hot. After all it's a big company that could but chosen not to update their cabinet to keep there stuff how. So from now on if its not hot im walking out the shop after all it would cost money to heat then in my oven and the price is always the same on cold food hopefully they sort it out.

I very rarely go into Gregg's because lets face it, it's really gone down hill over the years. And today's visit reminded me why I don't. Awful meal deal with no fork provided, bad attitude of staff. It's Joke of a business.

When you watch TikTok videos of influencers opening Greggs’ Too Good To Go bags that are full to the brim of goodies, and when I get one I get 1 baguette, 1 yum yum and biscuit, I just have to sigh! Or maybe the Gregg’ Watford Parade branch are just not generous.

I'm a proud mam and I have 4 CHILDREN. I love my beautiful babies and love to treat them to your food. My kids love but to be honest I find that the pizza is really low quality. It kinda tastes like card and I think you should upgrade. Other than that I'd say it's ok but not my first choice for food with the little ones.

Problem with delivery to shop could not pick it up at arranged time.young lady at head office managed to sort out for us collected a few hours late but it was a lovely looking husband and I were well pleased.

Was just served by such a nice young man called Mohamed, at the Greenwich Peninsula store, that I had to leave a review. Very welcoming with a lovely smile, quick and efficient. The pleasure was all mine! Thank you.

I’ve been buying Greggs’ potato wedges for some time, but I was really disappointed when I recently received them in the new, much smaller packaging.
The difference is quite remarkable. The original box was a decent-sized portion, whereas the new packaging is significantly smaller and contains noticeably fewer wedges — yet the price remains exactly the same.

I understand that prices and products change, but reducing the portion so substantially while continuing to charge the same price feels poor value for money and, frankly, disappointing for a regular customer.

Greggs, please reconsider this change. If you are giving customers significantly less, the price should reflect that.

Salad and cheese baguette sooo disappointing ! 3 half slices of cheese 3 mm thick. I can only taste margarine and salad. So why all the other baguettes are fully loaded? Does not make sense!!!!
