They were the most U N Helpful pair of people l have had the experience to meet.We were told by shop assistant delivery people would unwrap the tall fridge and tall freezer so we could check the 2 items.They just left them in their boxes in kitchen when we requested them to unwrap them they said most people want want them left unwrapped if we wanted them unwrapped we should have requested this before they brought them in house.They then relented and began to unwrap them and cold i lend them a knife to tear the boxes. open it took 2 strong healthy men about 5 minutes to unwrap them there was quite a heap of cardboard and polystyrene they took this with them but left a couple of pieces of polystyrene in front garden.I am over70 the wife a little younger no way on earth would we have been able to unwrap these2 items.
