I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the room was not clean properly, and to make matters worse, there has been extremely loud music coming from outside throughout the entire night and continuing into this morning. I was unable to get any sleep.

This is completely unacceptable. I have stayed in countless hotels, including many in Las Vegas, and I have never experienced outside noise like this. The music is coming from outdoor speakers, and it’s in 24/7. I regret so much coming to this property. I am extremely disappointed with my stay.
I sincerely hope you address these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

A great experience to be had at this hotel, friendly, proactive staff, reception quick to react to visitors requirements, notably Ahmed, also his colleagues.
A very clean bright hotel, with a good variety of meals and drinks served throughout the day, one waiter who went the extra mile, Said, thank you!
Entertainment staff were good at the shows and activities they put on for the guests.
I definitely would return to this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was very large and nice. We had a semi water view even. Casino is large and open and fun. Definitely want to stay here again!

Hôtel exceptionnel situé sur les rives du lac de Neuchâtel. Essayez la formule Bavardage entre amies, massage, champagne et spa sur un jour. Exceptionnel!
