I've been a Reply.io client for quite a while now. It's my go-to platform for cold email, outbound, and customer reactivation sequences. I've tried other tools like Apollo and HubSpot Sequences, but Reply beats them easily. Support is great. Whenever I ask how to do something, I get an answer, and that's been super valuable. I also like what they've done with AI. I don't use all of it yet, but I end up approving most of the auto-reply drafts it generates.

I've used Reply for almost two years now and it's been a genuinely good experience. It let me automate multi-channel outreach in a way that mattered. In my last role I used it for targeted business owner outreach in the search fund / ETA world, and that work is a big part of how I ended up where I am now. Today I'm running it as the backbone of my go-to-market as a business owner myself.

Support has always been quick when I've needed them, and the UI is easy to learn. The integrations have made it even better. It plugs straight into my Salesforce, and I've been able to connect it to Claude, which makes the whole thing more useful than I expected. Happy customer, and I don't say that about much software.

In 18 years of full-cycle outbound tech sales, I've seen and done it all: from classic mail merges and power dialers to voice broadcasting and SMTPs capable of pushing millions of emails a day. Reply.io makes it easy for today's salesperson to get up and running on outbound sequences quickly. I recently switched over from another provider after changing roles, and find Reply.io to be incredibly intuitive and efficient. They're also extremely fast at responding to questions (Artem took care of my question in <10 minutes).

Really useful tool, has made my outreach much more efficient.

We are migrating from SNOV.io to Reply.io and so far so good. There is a learning curse but that's an upside since there are many features. The sync options between reply.io and Hubspot are working as a charm and are an absolute plus. The customer service is a model of good client service.

I find everything i need, and particulartly, I really love the AI support agent. It most other platforms i try (not necessarily a sequence tool), i find it limited, but here as a newbie I can chat, upload images, ect and really learn fast.

And if the AI agent doesnt help, there is always a human to help in 15 minutes.

Very user friendly platform. I have used multiple tools but found this is the most user friendly one.
Making sequences / cadences are easy to make and deliverability is good as compared to other platforms in the market.

They have built-in AI that helps us navigate the platform, find functionalities, and it's like having someone from their team on call 24/7 - just extremely helpful. Beyond that, every time we need their human support when ai can't help (rare), they respond by email on the same day: super responsive, fast, and helpful. The platform itself is also great, beyond my expectations.

The platform itself is good, the hard part is getting your email infrastructure right. Customer service is great - they will always help through the chat and answer any questions.

Fast response time and easy to get a live agent on the line to help resolve specific issues quickly

The response time was immediate, and personalized instead of sending me to a generic landing page where I had to find the answer myself. This great response is not typical with other software companies

All you need in a multi channel sequence tool for a competitive price. The AI agent answers most questions, the support staff also available in a couple of minutes is a plus.

i love the chatbot feature with screenshots that explain my problem and the solution really well and detailed its like having a guide with you at all times when you face a problem on the platform

Well-structured customer support that is always helpful and stays engaged until the customer fully understands the issue and it is resolved. The bot also works well.
