We are migrating from SNOV.io to Reply.io and so far so good. There is a learning curse but that's an upside since there are many features. The sync options between reply.io and Hubspot are working as a charm and are an absolute plus. The customer service is a model of good client service.

We booked via the website. However did not get a confirmation email. We found somewhere a phone number and they asked to buy again. In case of double payment it would be reimbursed automatically. This was not doen so We forwarded evidence of the double payment. The reaction was they also did not receive it and I should investigate with my bank. So their system is not working properly, my account is debited double but in their opinion I have to investigate. Not a correct service. And still waiting for the reimbursement.
