Just received my LV bag and it is gorgeous! Far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I am putting a one start review for the selling process they have. I sold a bag In May and shipped it to them ASAP. For one whole month I had no update on the status of the bag. They received it a week after I shipped it but they just left it. I asked customer service a month later about an update and they finally started to continue the process. After they told me that the bag was processed, they said that my funds will be available a month later by end of July. After 2 months I finally got funds in my account. Once I tried to transfer my funds to my bank account I got an “Failed Transfer” email. For three days straight I get a “Failed Transfer” email. All automated emails. I have tried to contact them to see how and why I get these “failed transfer” emails but they just keep sending me automated emails. Not one actual person has contacted me about it. All I want is my money but Rebag is trying to make me spend that money with them and hold my money with them. They also wanted to charge me $35 just to send my money to my account. Selling with them is a terrible experience. I would not sell with them as they don’t care about the customer and only care about themselves. Buying from them is a different experience. Rebags customer service is terrible. I would never sell with them again.

Was as described arrived in dust bag very nice experience

I made my first purchase and was a little nervous. I received my item and was Pleasantly surprised by how Perfect my purse is! I was Certain I would see some sort of flaw but there aren’t Any! I will Definitely purchase from here again!! 10 out of 10! The price was Great. I can’t speak on customer service because I never needed to reach out to them. As for delivery; Rebag was fast the delivery service was not.

My first time using Rebag and it was a smooth process. I purchased a bracelet that came in what seemed like mint condition! I had to return it because it was too tight but I was very happy in general.

Earlier this month I purchased 2 Louis Vuitton bags and the one is perfect for me but the other one was too large and heavy for me so I returned it and now am just waiting for about 10 days to have the credit processed and applied to my Credit Card Account.
I would recommend Rebag to other customers!

I have not received my package. FedEx does not know where it is. There is no number to contact Rebag. My house burnt down and this was the one thing I treated myself to after it happened and I am pissed that this is happening. I will never use rebag again, and I will make sure all of my followers and social media know to not use rebag.

Edit: Rebag, I emailed you two days ago prior to your response on here. I find it quite interesting you can reply to this review but not reply to my email and inquiry about my purchase.
