A 5 star if redemption speed was up to par. The platform is amazing. It's absolutely set up and packed with top slots from fugaso,playson,b gaming, bet soft,jilli.us, they are packed. I got a free bonus and got lucky on a ten cent spin and hit the Grand jackpot x 3 for 300 sc. A little later purchase a bonus and hit for 250 sc. Got to a total of 653 sc and put in a redemption on 7/19/26 at 22:18 as of right now it's still pending on a push to debit. The redemption time is far below the average of what I've played. The day before I hit crown coins for 547 sc and had it on the 20th. This is still pending going on 5 days. To top it off the crown win was ibt redemption and real prize is push to debit which would be almost instant if the review team would approve it.

Here I am leaving another Review of RealPrize. I will start off by saying that I have always been a big fan and customer of real prize. They have such a vast variety of games and the gameplay is superb, the bonuses always pay nice and the slots play like they should. I am currently waiting on a decent size redemption as of right now and its going on 5 days which isnt terrible but definitely not great. I'm leaving this review to sort of clarify to new gamblers what you're actually reading in all of the bad reviews here on trust pilot.. it's just redemption times that people are getting frustrated with. Thats it. If they nip that in the bud then they would be top-tier which I believe they absolutely have the potential to be. I love the site but redeeming on this site is a crap shoot and my last one for 175.00 I put it in on the 17th of July and it's the 22nd and still waiting and they never answer your questions just scripted line it's being processed it does'nt take five days when the last one was in 24hs way to long and is probably my last time playing here. Left a review yesterday and real prize responded to me about reaching out to a certain email to try to get the redemption process accelerated as I was getting the same automated responses. I pointed out that I was advised to reach out to them from real prize on trust pilot. This is the response I got from them which is the same response I’ve received for the past 3 weeks about to be 4 weeks on Friday. Extremely disappointing

I gave 3 stars specifically because redemption times are extremely long, & customer support takes forever to get back with you . I have a redemption that I placed last week, but ended up cancelling & playing some more & then redeemed again. I’ve yet to receive anything or even see that it is processing . It’s still pending a week later. That would be my only dislike about real prize casino. What I love about real prize casino, would be the variety of games ! The variety is endless ! & it has a lot of the classic games I like to play on other sites as well. I like how easy it is to purchase coins , it’s seamless. I think the only thing that needs improvement would be redemptions for people. Realprize VS other companies have an extremely slower turnaround than any other site I have came across. Definitely needs some improvement work for redemptions. However I still would recommend to others as long as they aren’t in a hurry to get their money back .
