We’ve been using Snov.io primarily for sending automated email campaigns, and it delivers great results.

What I appreciate the most is how well the email warm-up feature integrates with the rest of the platform. It gives us peace of mind knowing our domain health is protected before and during active campaigns.

When it comes to campaign management, the platform makes it very simple to pause, resume, and tweak sequences based on recipient behavior. The email sending automation is reliable, and the analytics give a clear picture of what’s working. It has streamlined our workflow significantly!

The different AI and person handling our questions? AI couldn't response to context, while a person can, so this is 5star review for Snov.io.

I have been using Snov.io for years now. It is stable, improves over time and they have great support.
Though, I am only using it for email DRIP campaigns.

The new email and domains on-demand feature from Snov is a total mess. It just wouldn't work and led to many problems. I'm a developer and I have experience in email setup, and it seems like Snov released this feature still in beta without mentioning it.

As a result, I burned 9 email addresses and lost hours trying to understand. While their support always answers fast on the chat, they are not very helpful. I feel like they aren't being fully transparent with me.

We've been customers for five years, but we are extremely disappointed with this recent change. I never leave bad reviews, but I consider myself very frustrated for all of the time lost and the money lost as well.

Last thing: I asked for a reimbursement on their chat. They sent me to a Google form. I filled it with the details they requested, but I've never heard back.

Definitely a no-go, considering all of the competitors on the market.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Snov.io to be extremely careful with their subscription.

I cancelled what I believed was auto renewal months ago, yet I continued to be charged hundreds of pounds per month. The cancellation process is unclear, difficult to navigate, and in my experience did not make it obvious whether the subscription would continue renewing.

When I contacted support, I was initially told that no refund could be provided because the refund period had passed. This was despite the fact that I had specifically attempted to stop future charges and believed auto renewal had been disabled.

What is most frustrating is the inconsistency of the responses. First, I was told that the matter would be escalated to a refund manager who may be able to make an exception. Then I received another response stating that my renewal was still active and asking why I wanted a refund. It felt as though the previous conversation had not been reviewed properly.

Businesses should not rely on customers discovering hidden renewal settings or complicated cancellation processes. If a customer has clearly attempted to cancel and continues to be charged, the company should take responsibility and resolve the matter fairly.

The platform itself may have useful features, but my experience with billing, cancellations and customer support has been disappointing. I have lost confidence in the subscription management process and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Snov.io has been a poor experience for us.

We purchased DFY mailboxes through Snov.io, despite the pricing being among the highest we have seen in the market. We followed the setup and usage instructions, but deliverability still dropped heavily. What made this more frustrating is that our externally created mailboxes, managed outside Snov.io, did not suffer the same level of decline.

The domain management experience is also restrictive. If you buy domains through Snov.io, basic DNS record changes require contacting support. We requested a DNS change, and as of writing this review, it still has not been completed.

Support has been inconsistent. Some replies felt like copy-pasted documentation rather than actual help, and some of the documentation itself appears contradictory or unclear.

For a product priced at this level, the experience has not matched the cost. Expensive, restrictive, and not reliable enough for a serious outbound setup.
