Scam. Item advertised was not the item received. Almost all of the description was inaccurate. Ordered the small changing bag. Not insulated, not waterproof, no changing mat attached or included, poorly designed and put together badly. So disappointing as delivery time took forever and to return the item I have to pay tracked postage to China, meaning it's just not worth it to get a tiny amount back.

Bought a pop up dinosaur book for my grandson for his 5th birthday. He had seen it online and asked for it as a gift. When it came it was not what it showed on the video, nothing like as many pages, not as colourful, no flaps to lift. My grandson was so disappointed. I got in touch with Mini Brits and eventually they offered 40% refund. I declined stating I wanted a full refund so I could source and buy the one on the original video but was told I would have to return it to China at my own expense. Therefore I had to accept the partial refund as it would have cost more to return it, I was had! Don’t buy from this company to avoid similar experience. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.

Then I received a duplicate order - one I had not made and had no confirmation of but 2nd payment processed. I asked for full refund and confirmation i was in no form of contract or subscription. They have finally agreed a partial refund and keep product (or return at my own expense!) But they have still failed to confirm there is no contract and no further payments will be made - despite being asked 3 times!! Dont touch them with a barge pole. Rubbish product and even worse customer service!!!!!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before 2nd August when I ordered 3 items from Mini Brits for my grandson's birthday. What a mistake!! On 13th August I was informed my parcel was out for delivery. Nothing materialised and I'm still waiting. I have emailed Mini Brits numerous times and the only thing I receive from them are platitudes. Fortunately I paid on PayPal so I have today escalated my case to a claim. I informed Mini Brits that if i didn't receive a full refund I would be writing a scathing review on here - they are obviously not too bothered as nothing has been forthcoming. So I would tell anyone reading this DO NOT EVER order anything from Mini Brits unless you are willing to throw your money away.

I ordered an 83 piece Mechanical Gear Building Blocks kit for my 2 1/2 year old grandson as he is very interested in this sort of thing. It was a few days later when I thought of looking at the Trustpilot review for MiniBrits and then wondered if I had made a mistake as like most people I did not realise at the time that goods were shipped directly from the far east. Having looked again, this is specified on the website. The kit arrived 10 days later and although the box was a bit squashed, the contents were intact. The instructions are rather basic although a Youtube video is available. The parts themselves are well made and fit together well although assembly can be fiddly. I would suggest that its the sort of kit that needs to be used with an adult. He has not had chance to play with it much as yet but my buying experience is contrary to most reviewers and would buy from them again.

No order confirmation after paying, no customer service réponse.
I ordered and paid for a children’s water table £19.95 plus £4.00 postage on 17th August 2026. I filled in all the details but did not get a confirmation email when I placed my order. I wrote to customer services and there has been no response.
I should have checked the reviews before I ordered which are all terrible! Fortunately I paid by credit card so there is a chance I will get my money back.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered an item as a gift but when I eventually received it the box had already been opened and the item had been used. I wanted to return the item but was told I had to pay for postage with tracking and as the item was sent from China which I didn't realise when ordering it would cost me more than the item was worth to send it back. Faulty toys
Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered and paid for what I thought was a set of light up fish for bathtime. I actually received one fish which did not light up and is basically a broken piece of plastic. I contacted them to request a refund for the damaged goods only to be told I have to return the item to CHINA before they can sort a refund. They don’t pay for returns for faulty goods. I have emailed literally dozens of times and they are now ignoring my emails. I am going to have to dispute tbe purchase with my bank as I have not got what I paid for. Steer clear of this company and especially as the goods are from Chi a despite the marketing ploy of advertising under MiniBRITS! Toys from china? Are they save? Who is monitoring these goods before they are deemed safe for our children?? I had to give 1 star as no option for zero.
