Tried without success. Realise this product may not work for everyone so my review is based on the fact a second shipment was sent and charged without permission. First order was only a one time order. Customer service hasn’t responded yet. Email already sent.

I received prompt and excellent communication from Camilla regarding my subscription. I have more volume than I need right now and she was very kind and assist me to stop my subscription temporarily until I need more product. Thank you so much.

Gummies were pleasant and easy to take, helped my son’s skin clear up. When I wanted to cancel my subscription the customer service experience was really helpful, responding quickly to my emails and cancelled without any issues. Unlike some other businesses who make it difficult to cancel your subscription orders. I’ve no hesitation to use again in the future. Camilla from the help desk was particularly helpful and went over and above to make sure I was happy. Thank you

Can I ask why there is only 5mcg of Zinc in these Gummies. The RDA of Zinc is between 8 and 11 MG ??

Is this a TYPO or mislabeled measurement ????
5 mcg (micrograms) of zinc is an exceptionally small amount ...... Most zinc supplements are formulated and measured in milligrams (mg) rather than micrograms (mcg).

1 milligram (mg) = 1,000 micrograms (mcg)

5 mcg is equal to 0.005 mg, which is essentially a trace, negligible amount

This is the 2nd time I ordered gummy to my daughtr, but waiting for almost 2 weeks, I still can't chase my order, then I ask customer service, your staff Camila help me to chase the order immediately, her prompt reply make me feel really helpful. I subscribed and completed the 60 days with no visible improvements in my 13 yr old son’s face or shoulders. His condition was just as bad at the end of the 60 days. A positive is that he took the gummies every day without complaint and thought they tasted quite pleasant. Unfortunately they had zero improvement for him.

My daughter has been taking the gummies for the last 2 weeks and we both have noticed significant improvements. Her skin is not red anymore with pimple blotches and it is literally radiant! We will continue on this journey for months to come. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because we're in the United States and the shipping takes at least two weeks which is a bit long. Hopefully, they will fix this issue. Their customer service always responds immediately as well!
