Farehutz 

After booking flights to Orlando for 3 persons at 840.$CA, I got an email that there was an issue and must call them. I di to be told that no ticket available to go to Orlando and the fee would be at 1860.$CA and I refuse to pay.
I called my credit card bank to inform them.
90 minutes after the call with the FAREHUTZ.ca representative, it is still posted for the same 3 tickets and same departure/return time and (funny) at 808.$CA. Avoid this company

Fake Travel...Sell low prices which never existFraud..Operated from India....please avoid

They're a bunch of scamers. I bought a ticket for $209, and they changed it to $690.

I thought I booked a really good fare & paid extra for cancellation insurance. It was "in progress" and "pending" for a while, so I called. The amt paid was $316. and they wanted me to pay over $400. more to get the tkts and told me that they could not cancel and refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!! Had I read the reviews first, I would have known better!

This company is TRASH. I booked a ticket from Houston to NYC for 300$ and then suddenly i get an email my flight is pending and to contact them. After i contacted them, they told me that i had to pay an additional 500$ for one of the flights. So since there is no way for me to fly and its not my fault, I asked for a cancelation and refund which they REFUSED claiming i did not pay for the cancellation protection. This place is a Scam. its awful. stay away

I bought three round-trip tickets through their website. Almost immediately after checking out, they called me to tell me the tickets I bought are not available, and the only way to get the flights I paid for was to upgrade the tickets, which would cost me almost double. The guy told me I can't cancel the tickets, because I didn't buy the cancellation insurance or whatever. I explained that I'm not the one cancelling, because they sold me something that doesn't exist, and they need to cancel my payment. He told me they can only upgrade, not cancel. I hung up, and will be watching my card statement to see if they actually charge me. I will then dispute the charge.

It's a bait and switch scam. We originally booked our flights for $600 but then they called us and told us the flight was unavailable and we would have to buy upgraded tickets instead that were $2000.

Currently on customer support, bought 5 tickets, they're raising the prices and changing the terms of what we originally bought. We originally bought with JetBlue, not with Southwest, but they're saying we bought via Southwest. I also noticed there a multiple Farehutz's so I will be leaving a review on the other one and this one.
In short, don't use Farehutz, they attempt to increase the prices after you bought it, gouging you for more money.

Don't use them. I thought it would be okay since they came to me though Trevago but it turned out the airfare price was more than double the initial quote and the revised quote was a third higher than the direct price from the airline.

It was the worst experience. When I first booked my ticket, the price was around $428. However, my booking stayed in “pending” status instead of being confirmed. When I contacted customer service to ask why, they were unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me the same ticket, on the same flight and at the same time, would now cost over $1,000. That’s an increase of more than double the original price. There was no transparency or clear explanation. Their customer service was poor—they argued instead of helping. Overall, it was a very disappointing
experience, and I would not recommend this service.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT book through fare hutz. I booked tickets, got email saying "pending". Called them, told me I now had to pay 1600.00 difference to be up graded to a different tier level of seats on plane. Told me NO. I want a refund. Refused and then "manager" began to yell at me. I hung up, and then called my bank to cancel my credit card used for this purchase. They should be in jail!!!!!

Scammers.i wish , i can give 0 rating .I had a very disappointing experience with FareHutz. I booked a ticket for three passengers (two adults and one infant), and the booking remained in "pending" status.

When I called customer service, I was told that the advertised fare only applied to one adult and one infant, even though their website allowed me to select two adults and one infant during the booking process. They then asked me to pay more money, claiming the original fare was no longer available. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.

After checking online, I found that many other customers reported similar experiences. I wish I had read those reviews before making my purchase.

Based on my experience, I would advise travelers to be very careful when booking with FareHutz and to thoroughly research customer reviews beforehand.

I had the worst experience with Farehautz. I bought a ticket through their website for $621 with Alaska Airlines, only to be told 24 hours later that I had to pay double—$1,280—for the exact same flight. They refused to let me cancel or refund, and their customer service was extremely rude. This is a total scam—avoid this website at all costs!

SCAM. My experience was nearly identical to many of the other negative reviews here. I booked a flight, only to be told afterward that the tickets “couldn’t be confirmed” because the seats were no longer available.

When I requested a refund, despite paying extra for the “cancellation package,” I received vague and unhelpful responses from customer service. Every alternative they offered required me to pay even more money, which I was not comfortable doing given the lack of transparency and confidence in their explanations.

The situation felt misleading from start to finish. I immediately contacted my bank and locked my credit card. I hope others read these reviews before attempting to book flights through this service.

I had the same exact experience has the others...big scam. I have blocked my credit card.
It's so frustrating.

As the other reviewers posted - this is a total scam. Unfortunately they took advantage of my elderly husband. Same as the others posted - they offer a great price and then post it as "pending" I informed my husband that he had been scammed after reading all the negative reviews. He called them and they said he couldn't cancel but he could travel out of a different airport on different dates for an additonal $300. I told him to tell them that he was canceling and stopping payment on his credit card - which he did do. In the meantime - the customer service guy sent him an email saying that they are not scammers and he could get him a seat for probably $20 less than the airline. This is definitely a hard lesson learned for my husband. What a terrible world we live in that people can get away with taking advantage of the elderly and innocents.

I had a very bad experience with this company and would strongly warn others to stay away.
They initially baited me with a very cheap ticket price. After I paid, I waited two days and never received a confirmation email. When I called them, they suddenly claimed that the airline had increased the price and that my ticket had gone from $289 to $400.
When I refused to pay the extra amount and asked to cancel instead, they told me cancellation was not an option and that I would not get any refund unless I paid the higher price.
This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Once a ticket is purchased, the price should not change like this. Refusing both confirmation and a refund unless more money is paid is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before booking with them.

I bought a AR Richet Montréal to Washington 298$ within 2hours, they call saying the cost has changes and ask 500$ extra cost eventhought I had a assurance they said I need to pay the full ticket.
