NVR 16 CHANNEL ARE A POS. it won't reset and Foscam has no NVR's to replace them . on top of most of there cameras aren't available like the doorbell camera which has been out of stock for 2 years BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the camera is functional, all software from Foscam has been disappointing to dreadful. I just spent 2 hours trying to get the auto updater inside Foscam VMS to just function as advertised. NO GO!
waste of time.

I have been using Foscam cameras with Blueiris for over seven years. When my program got corrupt I ordered Blueiris from you and payed the $79. Your ad shows the CD with Blueiris 5 on the label. I wanted the software for backup. I used your Product key to try to ues the program but I could not make it work.

I still, after weeks, have not received my order. I'm told it's out of stock.

Timely arrival. Items exactly as ordered. And of course we like Foscam cameras.

i thought i had not recieved the cameras but i found one camera today and it does not work the plug gets really burning hot and the camera does not even turn on i'm very disapointed in the customer service i cant get anyone to call me back to help me

I have purchased several cameras and 2 NVR's from Foscam. Two of my cameras in less than a year of purchase have issues with the infarred night vision. I also purchased an NVR for $169.00 that went bad in less than four months. I contacted Foscam, they sent me a new NVR minus a hard drive. Foscam never informed me that it would not include the hard drive as my initial purchase included. After struggling to put the hard drive out of the older NVR into the new NVR, it still did not work so obviously the hard drive is bad. Customer support is terrible. They did not replace the NVR but rather sent me a shell, then when installing the old hard drive into the new shell, it still didn't work, all they came back with is that they could offer me 10% off of a new purchase. Never will I purchase Foscam products again.

Now that I have had these cameras (Foscam Model MCS5010) up and running for almost a month I am delighted with the results. That said there was a rather steep learning curve to get the cameras setup to record to my local pc using minimum features. I also had to unlearn over 10 years of experience with my old Trendnet security camera setup, as that was what I wanted to duplicate. The Foscam cameras have a lot features I am not using but I did try them out and if you want great video with a lot of bells and whistles, and have the patience to set up each camera individually you should be satisfied with these cameras. You should to upgrade the camera firmware to the latest version. If you are a security camera geek who wants to use a bunch of internet functionality, these are the cameras for you at a very reasonable price. As a retired geek I found the system a bit of a struggtle to set up but I am delighted with the final results. The couple of times I emailed Foscam support they responed quickly with helpful info.

Have always liked Foscam not only from their sharpness, but the ability to connect PC and Android. Still have issues of false recordings. Need to try different options to cut that down.

Foscam's cameras work great when they work well. But their customer service is infuriatingly inadequate. Either they don't answer their "chat" line, abruptly abandon your chat, or provide incomprehensible instructions. I've bought several of their cameras. I don't know what they pay their customer service folks, but we'd all be better off if they simply replace their occasional clunkers with new units instead of sentencing their customers to endless and ineffective customer service.

I like the price and quality of the Foscam 7-day cloud service. I did not give a five-star rating because of how the activation code is delivered. The activation code should not be referred to as a tracking number, others, or a coupon in the email or in the online account. The instructions for applying the activation code should be included.

I like your equipment. I don't like your software. I want to use my cameras on my own IP camera software. Your software freezes and requires numerous refreshes to stay current. It has been like this for years.
