Love the massage and traction, I tend to prefer it on the highest setting for pain and tension release and medium heat. It’s comfortable, sitting nicely on the neck however I wish it worked on the lower neck/top of back and below shoulders too as this is also where I struggle with the pain. I have tried to move it down but it clearly isn’t shaped for this.
I’ve not had it a week yet, I’m using it for 15 minutes every day, so early days to see if there is any long term relief.

Been using this for one week now I still have the pain but it seems to be slowly subsiding

I've tried many different massage products for my neck. This is the best one I've ever used. The padding is soft and conforms to the shape of my neck. Other products were unable to conform to my neck because they weren't pliable. This machine does different massage techniques, so it isn't the same constant movement in one place. My entire neck area is getting massaged. The heat feature feels wonderful. I fully recommend this product.

I am going to be completely honest with this...being someone who has suffered from neck & shoulder issues for a number of years and has tried almost everything - the gym for strength & mobility, a Chiropractor, Sports massages, Physio...I have got to the stage where I will try anything, and I guess that is what company's like this thrive on. They promise the earth and fail to deliver. I guess out of desperation I thought this might be the product that helps. Sadly I was disappointed. Does it vibrate? Yes. Does it heat? Yes. Is it effective? For me...No. Nowhere near aggressive enough to deal with constant stiffness to the lower neck and upper back/traps even with regular use. 

The most disappointing part is the 365-day Money Back guarantee though...especially if you are in the UK or outside US in general. It works on the basis that you are responsible for shipping costs back - around £30 from the UK, and they will charge you a 20% handling charge, so by the time you actually get a refund it will be around £20-£25 if you're lucky. Alternatively they will refund you 20% of the value and you can keep it. Not a lot of use if it doesn't really work for you and definitely not a really a risk-free purchase if you ask me.

It’s easy to use and very relaxing. After using it 15 plus minutes a day for just one week, my neck and the muscles between my shoulder blades and spine definitely feel less tense and less painful.

It’s very relaxing. My Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation MD looked it over and approved the amount of neck flexion she was happy about the vibration/massage and the heat. She said “go for it!” So I did.. I’ve only used it for a week but I feel like my ability to turn my head either direction is improving.

It has been a great experience so far. I find not only is it helping my neck I am also noticing my nervous system drops into a restful state and being a massage therapist and counsellor it really helps my wellbeing.
I found the vibration on my neck a bit strange but the sequence the machine goes through is helping my neck pain

I’m always skeptical of online marketing, but this item is as represented. And it works. It works very, very well. Love it.

The product gives temporary relief to the neck. Not a cure. You can buy it at Walmart or Amazon for half the price of ordering off the Artuvate website. Artuvate's return policy is a joke.

Although the product took a bit of time to be delivered I am so thankful that I found this product. Historically I hold tension in my shoulders and jaw, specifically on the right side. This resulted in awful tension headband headaches starting at the base of my head. I started using this Artuvate Fisiopillow for 30 minutes twice per day and felt immediate improvement!! Thank you!

POS, arrived defective and their support is horrible. Won't issue a refund or send a replacement. Stay away from this Chinese company

Upon my 1st use only one side was vibrating, then it shut off and started to smell. Now it won't turn on. Initially they wanted me to leave it off due to fire. Now they want me to keep trying to push the buttons to get it to work.

BEWARE: DO NOT BUY. Read the refund policy immediately and then do not engage! You can see this issue in other reviews. The pillow set is expensive. They charge a 20% restocking fee (so no, you do not get your full money back). They require you to keep it for 30 days before you can even attempt a return. You pay for return costs. The pillow comes with these green chemically smelling pads, horrible gave me a headache. Barely any massage in the pillows... very weak. They are literally simply pillows. This is not anything that will help comfort, fix, heal or realign your spine. This is a total scam and a total waste of my money! Note: YOU HAVE to keep it plugged in to use it. Wow, just so inconvenient and I wish I had never ordered this neck massager set.
