Worst credit card company
got this card when i 1st went Limited.
what a nightmare, if you need to change a payment method like bank account or pay it from a different card or account it's a real pain, you have to ring up and sort it, i paid my balance off in full from an account which wasn't listed in the app, and the payment was rejected.
thankfully i had time to ring up and make a physical payment before any charges were added.
they report a debt to credit refernece agencies even though you aren't in debt, so when a DD payment is due to clear the balance they report it a few days before to credit agenices as a debt.
this nearly cost me getting a van on lease, i had to contact the lease company and prove that the balance was paid off in full each month,
wish i would of never started with this company, so glad i have closed my account now.
