Horrible experience with this company that I am still battling to this day. Been dealing with them for 2 months now still chasing my domain. They are refusing to transfer the domain. I have kindly asked that if they dont want to transfer it, it's fine, just delete my information on the poor website they created. Refuse to do either. Take long time to get an answer back. When I call they say sorry that person is not available at the moment. When I email takes them weeks to answer back. At first they tried to say they dont have access to the domain as they transferred it so I had to chase where the domain was through cloudnext and nominet and both have said the same thing, the company (the directory guys) still have the domain registered get them to ring us and we can help them transfer it. They refuse to ring the companies claiming it's impossible to get ahold of them but I never had any issues getting ahold of them. Excuses that keep me running in circles. This company is an absolute joke and would highly advise anyone to stay away from them. Charged me even after I cancelled my subscription. Promised me a 30 day money back guarantee which they deny ever saying. I can keep going on and on about the bad business practice this company has bit I think I have made my point. Stay away or forever regret your decision of signing up with them.

Horrible experience with this company. Very disorganised, not clear about their process and happy to bounce you around different departments and get a different answer every time. Ordered one sim and mobile from them and specifically asked them to let me know when arrival is due. Failed to send tracking, when I rung and asked them about it, I was told phone is out of stock and on that same day the phone arrived. Also sent 2 sims instead of the one I ordered. Want me to invoice them for the discount they applied and want me to charge vat but as my company is not yet vat registered I can't invoice vat so I am going to have to pay the vat out of my pocket. I was promised a price but have to pay higher then the contract I signed. Extremely unprofessional and disorganised. Stay away from this company.
