Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Impossible to communicate with anyone that cares.
Have several outstanding orders months old now.
Still waiting for a replacement pump after they sent the wrong one.
At this point I’m considering just scrapping everything out and going back with Aero Gardens. Their products are on Amazon too.
