THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought basic seeds in April. Nothing fancy. It was supposed to be shipped within 3 business days. It will be AUGUST tomorrow with no sign of shipment.

I have contacted customer service 16 times and received a response from only 4 of them where they give a runaround of “please expect shipment within 1-2 weeks.” After 2 weeks without shipment, I contact them then they ghost me again. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS REPEATING THIS EXACT CYCLE.

Absolutely terrible.

Exceptional customer support for an accommodation that was surprisingly made for me. Will definitely continue to use this site!
