My EC3 rejection.
Well I am lucky. I got my brand new EC3 at the start of June. Had it for a weekend and then realised I was mis sold it, no climate control, speed set/cruse control not working correctly and not even PDI'd before I collected it.
After one weekend I knew car was a lemon (and actually although new, had been sitting in a field or yard for two years).
Citroën and Stellantis finally accepted my rejection just over a month later and I have got my trade in back and a refund.
Please do your research before buying a car from Stellantis as they misdescribed the cars features (and they know this), also the quality of the car was an absolute joke and the garage who sold me the car did not carry out a pre-delivery inspection correctly.
I can happily say I WILL NEVER by another Stellantis car. From all the brands they now own, they have stripped away quality and all the things that made that brand unique.
Also, they 'lost' £6000 and had to wait while they 'found it'.
Go ANYWHERE else other than Citroen and Stellantis!

I have just picked up my new car from Chris Dalton at Drift Bridge VW and felt I had to leave a review.
I am very aware of the new car shortages at the moment and I was very lucky they had one in stock, just the way I wanted it kitted out, but this didn’t mean I received ‘normal’ customer service.
From the start, Chris and the team at DB, looked after my questions (and there were many), either with very prompt and polite answering of phone calls to them, and by prompt correspondence by email.
Indeed, the contact I had throughout the buying process was just right and promises to update me were kept throughout.
When I arrived, the car was ready and waiting and any last-minute questions were covered very competently.
An absolute pleasure dealing with Chris and the team here and could not recommend them enough.

Quote Me Happy are an online only car insurance provider (but you can call in an emergency, if you have an accident, and they are really helpful and professional). Otherwise, it's via email and chat but they do respond quickly and always provide good service. Due to being on line only they are cheaper but not when it comes to actual service. Happy customer for quiet a number of years now.
